Media Encoder trims video

Hi, I have a problem when exporting a video from After Effects using Media Encoder.
It somehow trims the left edge of my video and puts it on the right side of the screen instead  - see the screenshots attached: first one is from After Effects, showing how it should look like; second one is the video exported by Media Encoder.

I have tried with different export settings. I re-installed Media Encoder deleting all the previous settings. I tried exporting another project (that I had exported correctly some weeks ago) - always the same error. If I export directly with After Effects render queue, the video looks fine.

Anybody knows what's the reason and how to solve this?
