Media Encoder using 0% of CPU and GPU while rendering.

Hi,

im rendering a short video with a lot of effects and everything but its taking ages to render and at specific moment it just gets stuck.

I have Ryzen 7 3700x, GTX 1080Ti and 16GBs of 3200Mhz ram and these are the settings i use

Does anybody know how to fix it?
