Media Encoder v14.9 no existing/intermittent connection with the Dynamic Link server

Oh, that explins why for two days I have almost no existing/intermittent connection with the Dynamic Link server and I have lost many hours trying to troubleshoot, uninstalled both AE and AME (twice) AND I am on a deadline. Someone mentions removing plugins below but I cannot replicate. Help.
