Media Encoder Versions pre v14.9

Question

Adobe CC updated my Media Encoder App and removed the old one.

I'm using AE 16.1.3 and now I can't export to Media Encoder because the newer version doesn't support the previous version of AE.

In the "Older verseions" is only 14.9 which doesn't work with AE 16.1.3. I have a lot preferences and workflow setups in this version of AE which I'd rather not migrate to the newest version.

I am paying a subscription for CC so why can't I get the app version that I need?
