Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the screenshot shared does not clearly show the error code/notification in red bar in the preview window. Could you share more details?

 

  • Which Operating system are you using?
  • Which version of Adobe applications are you using?
  • Please share a screenshot of your export settings.
