Media encoder watch folders

Hello guys,

Using Media encoder to export projects on another PC, and one watch folder is working perfectly, after some time we had a need for another one, after creating it it exports one projects and stops working. After saving project in folder wirst one shows in queue and after first it stops working. Tried changing location and names of folder and it just won't work. Anyone got any suggestions?
