Media Encoder won't create 0-255 ComputerRGB

I film mp4s with the full 0-255 range as it is often in high contrast stage light. When I make my proxy files in AME, they are coming out in 16-235 Studio RGB spectrum and I can't find any option to select luminance range.

Any suggestions please?
