Media Encoder won't render AE comp with OpenColorIO

I'm trying to render an AE comp by sending to AME queue that has the OpenColorIO plugin in it, but it keeps failing. The error log says "Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted."

I have narrowed it down to the OpenColorIO plugin as the one piece that causes the render to fail before it even starts.

When installing the plugin it is just a drag-and-drop into the AE plugin folder. Can I add this plugin to Media Encoder? And if so where do I put it?
