Media Encoder won't respond

Hello!, 

 

I am quite new to Adobe. However, everytime I add a project to my media encoder queue. It the software completed crashes and says "Not responding". If I uninstall the app I can only use it

    Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps. Check each one.

    I made sure my computer made the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud and OS.

     

    I've tried cleaning everything that might have been the problem, still no luck.
