media encoder wont open

hii! so i've been using media encoder for couple of months now and since I've update media encoder 2021, it has not been opening over since. I click on media encoder then it doesn't open and says it crashes or an error.

We appreciate you writing in. I understand AME fails to launch for you.

  • What error do you get?
  • What are your system info(OS, RAM, etc)?
  • Are you using any other Adobe app?

Hi, i'm using after effects cc 2021 and media encoder cc 2021, i'm also using 11.4 on mac. Here are the errors i keep getting whenever i open media encoder.
