media encoder wont open

there are no error messages it just wont open. ive updated my drivers and tried installing older verions but it litterly does nothing when I try to launch the program.

We're sorry to hear about this. Let us know the version of Media Encoder that you are using & the system specs. Are you launching the app directly or are you launching it by adding any After Effects comp/Premiere Pro sequence to Media Encoder queue? Also, let us know if you have installed any third-party plugins.
