Media encoder wont stay logged in to Youtube

Media encoder keeps failing to publish with error youtube not logged in.

We have tried:

• Removed all preset.

• Signed out and signed in to Youtube

• Signed out and signed in to CC

• Rebooted

• Rebooted AME

System info:

AME V 13.1.5
