Media encoding error 9007

We are using Adobe media encoder 2015 version and 9.0.0.222 build version. Every time we are trying to render the video file from premier pro via media encoder.

Once we get this Media Encoding error 9007 issue, same issue hapens for the successive renders until we restart the Media Encoder. After restarting the media encoder, same renders happen without any error.

We are loading the Premier Pro project and rendering using Media Encoder through Premier pro panel using JSX.

Question 1:

Are there any ways to handle such kind of error ?

Question 2:

Can some body tell us how to restart the media enocder using JSX from premier pro panel. Please let us know, is there a handle ?
