Media Endcoder don´t open the Dynaic Link Server

If i import my After Effects Data in the Media Encoder (v14.4), it shows me that my Data will be loaded, but the window for the Dynamik Link Server is missing(,where i pick my composition) and then i am stuck in the loading screen.
Older Media Encoder (v13.15 / v12.1.2) version are working fine.
In the appendix you will find a picture of the problem.
