Medica Encoder and Adobe Audition

Adobe - I'm wanting to use ME with Auditon and it appears the only way I can use Audition to edit the audio files on videos I create on a Zoom Handy Video recorder is to buy the ENTIRE CREATIVE CLOUD PACKAGE??? 

Please tell me I'm missing something.
