"Mobile Devices" presets not working!

Hello everybody,
It's been a while, can't tell exactly since when, that all my presets under the "Devices" section are not working anymore.
All of them (from the "Android" section to the "TiVo" one), when dropped onto the file, give a pop-up error:
"Preset Error. Incompatible Video Coded found in the preset. Preset loading failed" (or something like this, I have the Italian version).
Now, I found a similar thread with the same pop-up error but referred to the .mov format.
My problem is not with a specific codec as the pop-up window says (mostly from that section are H264, besides few which are MPEG4 or MPEG2), because all the other presets using the H264 codec (like, for example, the "Social Media" section or the "VR" section) are working perfectly!

So, I only have problems with my "Devices" category, weird.
