mogrt graphics not found when exporting using Watch folder

I have set up a Watch folder in Media Encoder.

When exporting a PP project, I copy a folder containing the PP project itself + Motion Graphics folder + a folder for raw material over to the watch folder. Then I move the PP project out of the folder and into the root folder of the Watch folder.

Media Encoder exports the sequence, but excludes the motion graphics.

Opening the project I see that the mogrt-files are linking to the previous folder structure. What can I do to fix this?
