.MOGRT Media Replacement Appears Offline in AME

Hello,

I've spent the last week or so developing out several different .MOGRT templates that will significantly speed up our workflow now that media replacement has been implimented. Today I went to render a set of videos with these templates for the first time, and all of the replaced media renders as offline.

The image appears and renders fine when exporting from Premiere, but we put out upwards of 50 videos a month and rendering each individually completely nullifies the reason for using the MOGRTs.

In Premiere it all functions perfectly and appears online, the problems only come when exported through Media Encoder. It looks like this:

I tried disabling "Import Sequences Natively", and while that removed the Media Offline error, it also removed the replaced media entirely:

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
