mov to mp4 conversion glitching

If I use Media Encoder to convert a .mov file to .mp4 it exports with consistent glitches. I know I can use Handbrake instead, but this is also a huge issue when trying to work with .mov files in Premiere Pro

 

I have software/drivers fully updated to current release

System:

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

64 RAM

GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8gb

Windows 10 Pro

    Can confirm this has been a consistent problem for me as well. Every version of AME after 2020 does not export H.264 Mp4 transcodes from MOV properly. 

     

    I am working across 3 imacs in an office and all do the same glitch. When I jump back to 2020 the transcodes work fine. The glitch manifests as the last 25% or so of the export just freeze frames, but the timeline scrubber keeps moving forward.

    What version of AME are you using? What codec are de .mov files? What settings are you using to create the .mp4?
