MP Engine GPU Acceleration ERROR in Encoder (Win 7/10 + nvidia GTX770)

Problems and glitches with Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder continue. Now the Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration has stopped working. The programs see the adapter, it is selected in the encoder settings, but the acceleration is still a processor. What is the reason? Tried on different PCs. This is not the first month this problem. Tried 5 computers! Check the video card from A to Z! But the result indicates a problem in the software.
