Can anyone please tell me how to encode with the following specs? It seems that Media Encoder can't do it. Any suggestions, please?

Video Codec: MPEG-2 Program Stream

Video Bitrate: 50Mb/s

Bitrate Control: Constant Bitrate (CBR)

GOP Structure: I Frame Only

Frame Size: 1920 x 1080 only

Frame Rate: 50i only

Field Dominance: Interlaced/ Top (Upper) Field First

Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (Pixel aspect ratio 1:1)

Chroma Sampling: 4:2:2 or 4:2:0

Audio: Linear PCM 2ch, 48Khz, 16bit or 24bit

Endianess: Little Endian (Preferred)

Audio Levels: -10dBfs

Black Freeze: No black/freeze frames at start/end of commercial
