my video does not play

Hello.
I have a problem. I render my 5 seconds animotion in  Adobe media encoder with H264 format, Also MP4. It works well and even It play without a problem in my laptop.
but when I play it in my phone or send It in Whatsapp or telegram (because I'm a student my teacher want to see my work)  It does not play.
I really don't know what to do. please help me. 😞
