Need old version of Media Encoder for OSX El Capitan.

Hello. Sadly I am on an older Mac. It's running El Capitan. I need a link to down an older version of Media Encoder that will work. I managed to succesfully do the same with Premiere Pro. In that case a very kind Adobe Tech Support person guided me to the right place. Hopefully I will be as lucky with my quest for Media Encoder.

Oh and I would love to get an equally compatible version of Prelude too. I know I'm in the dark ages.
