new versions of encoder fails to start

last version which works for me is v23.3(build 57). all newer - crashes at loading ARRIRAW.prm

os: Windows 10 Enterprise, v10.0.19045 build 19045
mobo: ASUS X99-A
cpu: i7-5930K

vga: RTX 3060 with latest studio drivers installed.

Very sorry for your inconveniences.

Can you please you repro the crash one more time and add your e-mail and AME User Forum user name and a detailed description to this crash when the Crash Reporter hsows up? We would like to look into it.

Just to be clear: you launched AME and did not kill it using Task Manager or similar tools?

Can you try and delete or move your AME Settings in User > Documents > Adobe > Adobe Media Encoder and restart?

thx. i will try it one day, but not now, just got it to work after reinstalling many versions. have a couple of quite big projects rn.
