No Audio

I encoded 21 VOB w/audio files from a DVD to mp4 successfully, but 2 are without audio.

The only difference I can see, is in the "Source:"

At the bottom it reads "No Audio", the successful ones read "48000 Hz, Stereo".

All settings are the same.

Can I change it....How?

    Hi gwroyer,

Sorry for the issue. It seems like the issue is with the source files. Just for a test, export to a different format & check the audio.

If the issue persists, transcode the files using Handbrake & check the audio.

What is the exact version number of Media Encoder?

    Thanks,

    Vidya
