Once exporting to media encoder from export menu in Premeire 22 it wont launch at all.

Every time I try sending the project to Medica Encoder from the Premiere export menu it will not do anything and go back to the project timeline. How can I solve the issue?

I use current versions of both programs and it still does not launch Media Encoder. I reinstalled and still the same thing happens. With any project.
