Only the first few minutes of Audio is rendered

Question

I exported a 35minute project using adobe media encorder and after playing the exported clip there was only sound for like 5mins, the rest of the sound was missing but there is audio in the timeline and it is audible when it's played from adobe premiere pro

My PC specifications:

OS - Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690

Ram - 16gm ddr3

GPU - gtx960

How to fix this? I use Premiere Pro 2019 and Adobe Media Encorder 2019

Does this only happen on this project? What happens if you export directly out of Premiere?

Also, is there a reason you're still using 2019? That's pretty far behind the current version, and if there are any bugs here they could have been long since fixed in later versions.
