"Out of Memory" error msg when attempting to export HEVC in Adobe Media Encoder 2022

Hi all,

Does anyone know why there is suddenly an "Out of Memory" error msg when I've been attempting to export HEVC in Adobe Media Encoder 2022? It never happened in 2021 version! H.264 is totally fine as is all other codecs.

Hi Alice,

We're sorry to hear about this. Let us know the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, have you tried switching Performance to Software Encoding (under Export Settings > Video tab > Encoding Settings) to check if it's exporting properly?
