Overwrite exported output video in Windows 10

Hi, I'm unable to overwrite the output files that are generated from AEM

I set both After Effect 18.0.1 and Media Encoder 15.0 to run as Administrator in windows 10 , however it keeps on failing with error :

I can delete these files manually without any problem ( I'm running as Administrator) , then resubmit the export job in AME and it gets through successfully.

There must be an additional settings about Windows 10 security but I can't find it and it is slowing down my workflow a lot 😞

PS: I also tried to check or uncheck "compatibility with Windows 8" to not avail.

Many thanks for you help !

You are exporting to a folder in the root of your system drive (C:). In general this is not a good idea for various reasons. Try exporting to a location where you know you have access. Like a folder on your desktop. Does the issue persist?
