Picture(any resolution)+music

I am a 100% newbie, and I need to put music on a picture (any resolution, for example 1868 x 2802) -->to transform it into a video to be able to post it on instagram.

I have no idea how to do it. After i make the project when i render i know only how ot make it standard resolution like 1920x1080, 1600x900 etc and most of the time i will have black background around the picture becouse ...it doesn't fit the rendering resolutin. Please help me.

    Hi Cechichan,

    In Export settings window, go to Video tab & change the Image size(width & height) of the export.
