Pixelated edges with 422

EDIT: Can we delete the post? Prores 4444 works perfectly

Exporting my animation as Quicktime Animation is perfect, no issues - except the file is gigantic.

Exporting as Quicktime 422 is great, the file size is good, but the line (when pink or red only, fine when green or orange) gets pixelated.

What is the best codec for this, other than Animation which is too big
