Playback problems with hardware encoded videos on digital Signage Players

Hello everyone, recently I noticed that UHD videos rendered with hardware encoding no longer play on some external devices (Samsung QM43R - Digital Signage Player). With the same settings and software encoding everything works fine. What could be the reason for this?
