PLEASE HELP! Encoding not matching AfterEffects creation ;(

I just spent HOURS making my first AE animation, but now the Adobe Media Encoder isn't creating the video correctly

I don't know how to screen record, but the AE preview animation looks something like this:

(White background, the fore head opens, the words go in the head)
I used an aspect ratio of 16:9 with preset HDTV 1080 29.97, white background

After I use AME, the video looks like this:

(black background, can't see words)

Tried multiple settings; 'Match source - High Bitrate, Youtube 720p HD

What can I do to better this? PLEASE HELP! If you need any details about what settings I use I will respond.
