Premiere Export to AME QUEUE Not Working

Windows 10 Pro. After I upd ated all apps to Version 14.8 yesterday. Trying to export a sequence using the Queue. AME opens, but nothing in the Queue list. I Exported okay from within Premiere

Was advised by Adobe Support to revert back to previous version, but it is not working either (ver 14.7 worked fine previously.)
