Question

Premiere Pro and Media Encoder not able to export anything...

Premiere Pro and Encoder both 15.4.1

Both begin rendering a sequence however stop at about 2% of the way in and crash, not matter the codec, outfile format, dimensions etc. I have tried openinghte sequence in a new project, replacing the media i thought it didnt like, installing a previous version, and the classic turn it off.

I am running on a £12k iMac Pro and the fact that I can't just export a video really speaks volumes into how Adobe utilises its software to hardware...

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble. Check out this article for export related issues: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/error-compiling-movie-rendering-or.html

I hope it helps.

Hey thanks of rgetting back!

Ive tried all of these, and i suspect it's clips from a Sony camera that it really doesn't like (they are 4K scaled down to a 1080p sequence), amungst other 1080 files in the same sequence. Strangely i can only either export in Full HD with 'Use proxies' checked on export settings, or export as YouTube 4K, those are the only two that work. Realising his issue has only been present while using footage form that Sony too.
