Problem media encoder

Hello

Media encoder CC no longer opens either directly or from the "export" command of premiere pro. Sometimes it opens but the coding is not done. I uninstall and then reinstall the software, no change. whereas until now for several years it has always worked well. Thank you for your help.

We're sorry to know that AME fails to launch directly or via dynamic link through Premiere Pro. Could you share more details for troubleshooting the issue?

  1. Which OS are you using(macOS or Windows)?
  2. Are you using the latest version of the Adobe application?
  3. Are you logged in to the user account with admin rights?

I'm having problems with it not opening, too. I have a Mac Premier Pro will open it on my laptop but when I try to open it by itself, it crashes.

I'm using a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018), Processor is a 2.9 GHz 6-core Intel Core i9, Memory is 32 GB 2400MHz DDR-4, Graphics is Radeon Pro Vega 20 4 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB.

All my other Adobe work perfectly and all my apps and account are up-to-date.

I can't figure why Media Encoder isn't working as a stand alone program.
