problem with media

Hi, 

I am trying to export from premiere to media by pressing queue and i get this error massage..

Media is installed in my creative cloud as you can see in the second photo.
I also tried to uninstall and reinstall, still didnt help...
Any suggestions?

Make sure your Premiere and Media Encoder are the SAME VERSION. (my mistake too when I upgrade one and forget the other)

    What versions of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder are you using?

     

    Is Media Encoder aleady open when you try and queue your export?

     

    What happensi if instead you go to Media Encoder and go to File > Add Source (Command+I) and choose your Premiere Pro Project? It should show you all the sequences you can select from. Select the sequence you want to export.
