Problem with Media Encoder and uploading videos to YouTube

Hi, when I upload a video directly from the Media Encoder to youtube there is a problem with the filename. YouTube shows the filename is unkown. The title of the video will be shown correctly. What can I do? Where is the mistake?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We'll need more information to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Which version of AME are you using?
  • Does it happen to a specific file/project?
  • Could you share a video recording of what happens?

Do not worry! We're here to help,

Shivangi
