PROBLEM with Media Encoder CC 2019

Hi to all,

i'm tryng to render in AVI a 2:30 minutes video with some basic effects to simulate a vhs videocamera but media encoder is not using my PC resources and it seems it's doing nothing, anyone can help me?

I'm using a pc with 12 GB of RAM (9 dedicated to adobe software), intel core i7 7th gen dual core with about 2,5/3 ghz (i don't remember now) and 2 gb of NVIDIA video interface (no drivers supported by adobe, so OpenCL rendering).
