Problem with the image in export!

I have recently changed the hard drive (windows 10), and therefore I have had to install all my programs again. Now I have got a strange problem when I export via Encoder. (See photos). It happens regardless of whether I use hardware or software encoding.. I hope someone has the same problem;)

    This is also happening to me, I installed the current versions and now it shows this error in the screen size, with the video displaced

    I solved it by installing the latest app updates
