ProRes files are online in PP, then encode as offline in AME (2022)

Question

I just did a round of updates to Premiere Pro (22.1.2) and Media Encoder (22.1.1). Running on MacOS Monterey 12.1, Intel.

All media in my PP sequence is online, but when I export it in AME, certain clips that are ProRes in my sequence are being rendered/exported with the offline graphic. I've deleted the media cache, but that did not help.

But oddly if I DO NOT use AME and simply export from PP, it renders and exports correctly.

Anyone else having this issue? Thoughts on how to fix it?

After 3 months and another round of updates (PP 22.3 and AME 22.3) I am happy to report that I have fixed this problem for good... ...I switched back to Final Cut Pro!

After the most recent round of updates on my system (PP 22.2, AME 22.2, MacOS 12.2.1) this issue has actually gotten worse for me. I insert commercials into a nationally syndicated show. One of them is now being encoded in Adobe Media Encoder as offline, while still being ecoded as online when exported directly with Premiere Pro. Up until last week, this file was fine and has been run through AME many times before. It's Type: MPEG Movie, Video Codec Type: AVCHD H.264 4:2:0. So this is no longer limited to ProRes.

I have deleted all media cace files from Premiere, and I have also used Digital Rebelion's Pro Maintenance Tools. Nothing has made this any better.
