PS Error Rendering Animation to Video

Hello I would love some help troubleshooting this issue - I've worked with several Adobe specialists now and no one has been able to fix the problem. It was working just fine and then all of a sudden - error message!

I created an animation from 71 layers in Photoshop then went to Export > Render Video. I'm exporting the file to my desktop. The error message I receive every single time is "Could not complete the Render Video command because of a problem with Adobe Media Encoder."

SPECS

Render Video Settings: Adobe Media Encoder, Format H.264, Preset High Quality, 30 FPS, All Frames. 

Version of Media Encoder is 22.5. Mac OS Monterey 12.4. PS 22.5.8.
