Quality distortion when exporting 1168x720 video

Why do my 1168x720 video screencast gets a little pixelated after exporting it from Media Encoder?

I use QuickTime Apple ProRes 422 in order to render without much compression.

However, when I use proxy preset built in Premiere Pro, 1536x790, which is a different aspect ratio, it renders perfectly fine.
