Queue in AME from After Effects CC 2018

When sent to the queue for rendering in Media Encoder CC 2018 from After Effects CC 2018, the Media Encoder CC 2018 initializes the files for a long time and the render takes two times longer than in After Effects CC 2018. Why is this happening? With Premiere Pro CC 2018, there are no such problems.

    Is this issue specific to a composition or happening with all?

    What are the composition settings (in After Effects)?

    Please share your system specs & OS version.

    Hi! My system: Intel Core i7 CPU 2.67GHz;  RAM 24GB; ASUS GeForce GTX 570 742Mhz PCI-E 2.0 1280Mb 3800Mhz 320 bit. Windows 10pro. This project in other versions of Adobe Media Encoder CC was opened immediately without any problems. The project consists of: 10 Photo / Video layers, 1920x1080 HD FINISH_COMPOSITION Pre-com. No third-party plugins.

    Effects used:  7.

    Effect:  3D Stroke

    Effect:  Curves

    Effect:  Drop Shadow

    Effect:  Hue/Saturation

    Effect:  Photo Filter

    Effect:  Puppet

    Effect:  Stroke

    I think the problem is in Adobe Media Encoder CC 2018, because in other earlier versions of Adobe Media Encoder SS this project was opened without problems!@
