RAM overuse

Hi, since I started rendering lots of videos (>20) I noticed that Adobe Media Encoder uses more RAM than I reserved for Adobe programs, and the RAM usage doesn't go down (even if the queue is paused). Sometimes it crashes because it uses all the available RAM. What should I do?

My build is as follows:

- CPU: AMD FX 6300 3 core 6 threads

- GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX TITAN

- RAM: 12 GB DDR3 (dual channel)
