I'm working with Mac Pro(late2013) and I haven't done any update, when I open Media Enconder I always get this message...How can I solve it? ...Adobe Media Encoder Error....Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue.

To troubleshoot this, I would do the following:

Create a new Premiere Pro project or new After Effects project and then try sending a simple Sequence or simple Composition to Adobe Media Encoder.  If using Premiere Pro, I’d put two or three Color Mattes in the Sequence.  If using After Effects, I’d put two or three Solids in the Comp.

If the error message persists, I would uninstall Media Encoder, restart, and then install it.

If the the Sequence or Composition exports from Media Encoder as expected, I would take a close look at the source footage being used - looking specifically for corrupt files or fonts or legacy files (older formats that may not be fully supported any longer).

Also, what combination of macOS and Media Encoder are you running?  If you happen to be running macOS Big Sur, I found that I had to get to 11.4 for various Adobe applications to be stable.
