Re: Need to downgrade encoder from 2018 to 2017

So now I'm having a problem in that Encoder 2017 stalls and won't take my video. I have tried importing directly into media encoder with a pp project as well as tried from the media browser and each time the program gets stuck have way through importing the project to the queue. I uninstalled the program, then reinstalled and did a restart. Still not working. 

I'm on a year old powerful iMac and running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. PP 2017 version is 11.1.2

Thoughts?
