Rearrange clips in tasks list in Media Encoder

It seems obvious, but actually carries a lot of routine. Yes, it is possible to move clips in the queue with the mouse, but it is hardly possible without a mouse. I have a typical situation: often hundreds of clips are in the queue for encoding and suddenly an urgent task arrives. Of course it becomes the last one. How can we quickly move it to the top of the queue or assign it to the next one after the current one, without holding the mouse for a long time while the list is crawling? It seems there must be some hotkeys: move the task above, below, to the beginning, to the end. I probably don't have enough experience. Any hints please.
