Remote Rendering workflow - requiring older AME version (AME 14.9)

Hello,

We are set on implementing a similar workflow to the one described in this post:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-media-encoder-discussions/media-encoder-on-a-farm-deadline/m-p/11970917#M12430

We experience similar issue with job not triggered on AME 15.4.1 when trying a remote call to the API. Could you kindly provide a setup of AME 14.9 for support of the workflow?
