Render bug After Effects Project AME CC 2018

I have an AEP composition with 25 frames.
In AME CC 2018 this composition is a source with 25 frames progressiv.
My destination is for example 1080i25.
It isn't possible to render this source with fields.
For me it feels like a bug. In previous versions and in CC 2019 its possible to render this comps with fields.
At the moment i have to change the Composition frame rate in After Effects to 50 frames to get field footage.
